Who We Are
Silver Creek Leather Company began in a small building with three employees. We have come a long way since our first order and have grown into the robust and diverse company we are today. We manufacture and distribute leather craft supplies and components across the world. Our products are distributed through a variety of channels such as retail chain stores, independent specialty retailers, general craft retailers, e-commerce websites or to other manufacturers who use our products to create theirs. We handle all aspects of manufacturing in our Southern Indiana factory; including sourcing from suppliers around the world, cutting, assembling, packaging and handling fulfillment to our customers for final distribution.
Started by a desire to continue the tradition of leather crafting, Silver Creek Leather became one of the first leather craft manufacturers to bring the art of leather craft to the general craft market. Silver Creek Leather is the leading supplier of leather craft products to the US craft store market.

These products are sold under the Realeather® brand name as well as private labels. The Speedy Stitcher® is available through retail outlets such as REI, Cabela’s, Campmor, and Sailrite. Speedy Stitcher® Sewing Awl
Used by professionals and do-it-yourselfers alike for over 100 years, this tool makes hand sewing an easy task. Whether you’re looking to sew leather or repairing a ripped canvas sail, the Speedy Stitcher® is made to sew any heavy material. This product line includes the sewing awl, replacement needles and additional thread. It is an American made and sourced product.
